Honestly the best contractor experience to date! The owner, Mike Thompson came to personally inspect our issue. We had previously engaged with another roofing issue company that said they fixed our water leak in our primary bedroom ceiling, however after 7 months we noticed the water spots getting worse until last week there was water coming in from roof into our primary bathroom .... I was beyond upset as the previous company had NOT fixed issue.
Now to Thompson Roofing ... based on the other reviewers we thought he was our person. Once we met him we "knew" he was indeed the best! He personally came out to inspect and went on our roof (versus some companies that view via droid) and he honestly determined issues with our roof and did not determine blame ... only best solution!
Mike personally came to our home and did all the work and my husband and I are 1000% confident in his solution.
I rarely write this long of a review however Mike is amazing and anyone looking for absolute quality, integrity and value should run to this company.
Thoroughly inspected our roof, gave us a quote and helped guide us through the whole process. Highly recommend using this company .
